Gas - metered to each Holiday Home individually.
Electricity - metered to each Holiday Home individually.
TV - You do not need a TV licence at your Holiday Home.

Yes - We have a resident Estate Manager and Park Patrol.

There is 12 months warranty from handover date on each new Holiday Home of three months warranty on any pre-owned Holiday Home.

No - our Park is exclusive to our Holiday Home owners and their immediate family.

15 years for a Holiday Home, 30 years for a Holiday Lodge and thereafter year by year at the Park Operators discretion in accordance with the condition of the Holiday Home.

1. Do we have to pay for electricity or gas?

No, there are no extra charges for these services.

2. Do we have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have a purpose built laundry unit. Tokens can be purchased from the reception. Please remember your soap powder!!

3. Where can we buy logs for the log burners?

We provide ready cut logs - help yourself from the courtyard (where applicable).

4. Who do we contact in the unlikely event of a problem?

The reception will be your first point of contact between 9am and 5pm daily. They will then ask Lisa, the Hospitality Manager, to visit you, if necessary. Help is never far away!

5. Do we need to bring towels and tea towels?

One bath sheet and one hand towel will be provided for each guest. Extra or additional towels can be hired for a small fee - contact reception. Two tea towels will be provided per holiday let.

6. How much does it cost to fish the lake?

All our guests can fish the main lake, free of charge.
